Using a rotating combo of specialty herbicides, this program aims to slow Bermuda’s aggressive spread, weaken its grip, and tip the scales back in favor of cool-season turf.

How It Works

We use a strategic rotation of selective herbicides designed to weaken Bermuda grass over time—without wiping out your desirable turf in the process.

The program includes five targeted Punishment Treatments, ideally starting in July and continuing through late August. These treatments are spaced out to maximize suppression during the peak of Bermuda’s growth cycle and prepare your lawn for recovery.

Each visit includes a full-lawn walkthrough. We inspect the entire yard, not just the obvious trouble spots—because Bermuda likes to sneak in where you least expect it. We typically treat about 40% of the lawn, focusing only on active Bermuda patches to avoid overapplying and to protect the rest of your grass.
